Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers - in-person, via phone, and through e-mail.
• Rent band, orchestra & other instruments.
• Enroll new students for lessons at the Menchey School of Music.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and find solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Open and close the store according to policies.
• Handle cash and balance cash drawer.
