Music Selection & Planning

• Select weekly music in consultation with the DGR
• Provide a proposed music plan in PowerPoint format no later than close of business each Wednesday prior to Sunday service
• Plan and deliver music for special services including:
• Thanksgiving Eve
• Christmas Eve
• Easter Sunrise
• Other seasonal or designated religious services

Volunteer Coordination

• Recruit, train, and develop vocalists and instrumentalists from the congregation
• Ensure praise band composition ideally includes guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, and singers
• Coordinate sound checks and logistical support

Substitute Coverage

• Provide a qualified substitute when unavailable
• Ensure substitute meets all contract performance requirements

Minimum Qualifications
