Qualifications

• Must be able to work out of LA office for the Fall semester.
• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Must have a strong passion for music and stay up to date with the latest trends and top charting music.
• Interest in learning new web related technologies and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
• Familiarity with social networking sites; TikTok and Instagram are a must.
• Familiarity with Keynote/PowerPoint.
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Song registration and file organization.
• Coordinating songwriter sessions.
• Handling songwriter travel budgets.
• Searching for new talent with weekly reports to the department.
• Relationship building with other departments and Roc Nation Publishing’s administrator.
• Publishing company organization and meeting preparation.
