Do you have experience creating and teaching digital music and audio production (i.e., MIDI, GarageBand, etc) to students in grades 6-8? About the role
codeCampus is seeking to contract an experienced Curriculum Designer to build a Music Production course for our students. As a curriculum designer for codeCampus, you will:
  • Work as an independent contractor with flexible hours + remote work
  • Work closely with our Instructional Team to outline multiple courses for a variety of grade levels
  • Design digital lesson content for grades 6-8
  • Align lesson content to state and federal standards
  • Create training and lesson plan content for instructors
About you
Well-qualified candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a music teacher for an elementary or middle school
  • A degree in instructional/curriculum design, music, another related field of study, or equivalent work experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in tools like GarageBand, Pro Tools, Logic, Reason etc.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the Google Suite
  • Reliable Internet and computer access
  • Flexible availability for the duration of the contract, at least 10-12 hours/week
