Would you like to use your music production talent to gain an extra source of income - and share your musical passion with others?

As a Music Production teacher at Coursle - Centre For Distance Learning, you’ll be responsible for putting your course together and creating the curriculum. While you'll have a list of school guidelines to refer to, we do trust you to use your own expertise and talent and leave your mark on the course content. You can also use any existing teaching materials for inspiration - as long as the source is properly referenced. You're free to use anything you've created in the past.

You’ll also be responsible for reviewing and correcting students’ homework and providing them with support and guidance on their journey. We have an online platform that has been designed to help you do that efficiently.

Job content

• Creating and/or adapting relevant educational programs, training tools, and exercises.
• Developing learning methods and resources.
• Supporting students and following up with them on educational, logistical, and/or administrative matters.
• Following remote training framework.
• Designing and adjusting training programs, tools, modules, and plans.
• Transferring knowledge to students.
• Developing an orientation module for the training program.
• Evaluating exercises, practice tasks, and exams.
• Keeping students informed on materials and equipment, and transferring technical skills.

Profile

To be our Music Production teacher, you need to have at least 3 years of self-employed experience in the industry. We also attach great importance to practical experience and English fluency. Our teachers are proven professionals, practitioners, and entrepreneurs with knowledge they're ready to pass on.

A teacher needs to be friendly, outgoing, and helpful. When students submit homework or have a question, you must be able to answer within 48 hours, wherever in the world you are. This means you need to have a stable Internet connection, a working PC, and up-to-date Microsoft Office.

Of course, you'll also need a digital audio workstation (DAW) of your choice.
