You will support the full paid media campaign lifecycle, from planning and setup through optimization and reporting, while owning the department's billing workflow and coordinating day-to-day team operations.

• Support paid media lifecycle from briefing to reporting.
• Coordinate assets, deadlines, and approvals across teams.
• Assist with setup and media buys on Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, X.
• Perform prelaunch quality checks on assets, links, and budgets.
• Monitor spend and pacing; help optimize with the team.
• Own billing workflow with Finance; raise POs and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain Airtable trackers and reporting calendars.
