Job summary

Guitar Center in Tallahassee is seeking a Lessons Lead to drive student enrollment and deliver an exceptional classroom and retail experience. You will sell lesson and rehearsal packages, assist customers with questions, and give tours of the Lessons facility.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, scheduling coordination, and team mentorship to grow curriculum sales while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Sell lesson and rehearsal packages
• Assist customers with questions
• Provide tours of the Lessons facility
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience
• Coordinate lessons schedules with instructor availability
• Maintain and increase curriculum sales and schedules
• Additional duties as assigned
