Qualifications

• Ability to connect with people of all ages and skill levels.
• Degree in Music Education or Music Performance is a plus.
• Must demonstrate teaching ability during an interview.
• Open to first-time and experienced teachers.
• Minimum 1-year teaching commitment required.
• Ability to teach multiple instruments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students for 30-minute lessons.
• Assess new student abilities.
• Create lesson plans.
• Prepare students for recitals.
• Facilitate student participation in recitals.
• Assist students in reaching learning goals.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.
