Job summary

Penn State University’s University Libraries – Music and Media Center in Pattee Library seeks motivated and responsible individuals to work at our public service desk, providing reference assistance for music and film. Roles include circulation and shelving of CDs, DVDs, LPs, VHS and related items; maintenance of the collection; and general library and technology support.

The University Libraries-Music and Media Center in Pattee Library seeks motivated and responsible individuals to work at our public service desk.

• Maintenance of collection.
• General library and technology support.
• Close service desk.

Applicants should have strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. A background in music or film, or previous library experience, is preferred.

Must be available to work two or more 1 - 6pm shifts Monday - Friday, $15/hour. Music and Media Center Hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday-Friday. Positions will be 12 - 24 hours per week depending on availability.
