GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!

Are you ready to serve as a Surveillance Security Guard?

In this role, your keen observation skills and attention to detail are crucial as you monitor security footage and identify potential threats.

As a Surveillance Security Officer, you will be responsible for spotting threats early in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

• Site Location: Kansas City, MO
• Part-time schedule: Thursdays (2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.), Fridays (2nd shift, 1 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.), Saturdays (1st shift, 9:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.), Sundays (2nd shift, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
• Competitive hourly wage of $16.65/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities of a Surveillance Security Officer:

• Monitor security systems for suspicious activity
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Respond promptly to incidents and threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security system performance and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
• Protect individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent visual acuity and concentration
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
