Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, artists, vendors, and guests.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries and public areas.
• Monitor activity and enforce museum guidelines on prohibited items and photography.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and report findings to leadership.
