ARTE MUSEUM Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Team Member to warmly welcome guests, answer questions, and keep the museum experience running smoothly across reception, ticketing, rounds, shop and café. You will rotate through key areas and support a high‑volume, dynamic guest environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service, full-time availability, physical stamina, and excellent communication. Benefits include medical/vision, 401(k), PTO, and free museum tickets.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome all visitors, including VIPs and large groups, ensuring each guest feels valued from arrival.
• Provide accurate, engaging information about exhibitions, ticketing, and museum policies.
• Rotate across Reception, Ticket Checking, Rounding, MD Shop, and Café to support operations.
• Verify tickets and validate discounts; manage crowd flow in lobbies and entrances.
• Oversee stroller and wheelchair rentals, storage lockers, and VIP invitations.
• Maintain exhibition floor cleanliness and guest comfort; report issues promptly.
• Process payments, exchanges, and refunds; handle cash with care; assist in inventory.

Position Title: Operations Team Member

Operations Team Member Position Summary

Operations Team Members are the heart of the ARTE MUSEUM guest experience. They are the first faces visitors see and the team that keeps every corner of the museum running smoothly. From welcoming guests at the front desk to maintaining the beauty of the exhibition floor, Operations Team Members rotate across key functions, including Reception, Ticket Checking, Rounding, MD Shop, and Café. Operations Team Member Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors, including VIPs and large groups, so every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive
• Deliver accurate, engaging information about the exhibition, ticketing, and museum policies
• Rotate across the following operational areas:

Reception and Ticket Checking

• Verify tickets and validate eligibility for special discounts
• Manage crowd flow at lobbies and entrances
• Oversee stroller and wheelchair rentals, storage lockers, and VIP invitation tickets
• Handle emergencies and resolve guest concerns professionally

Rounding (Exhibition Floor)

• Patrol the exhibition zones to ensure content quality, including mapping, warping, and focus integrity
• Promptly report any content or facility issues to the relevant team
• Maintain zone cleanliness and guest comfort, including temperature and scent control
• Organize interactive stations (Live Sketchbook, STAR RAINDROPS, etc.) and collect lost items

MD Shop

• Assist guests with product information and purchases
• Manage inventory, stocking, and quarterly audits
• Process payments, exchanges, and refunds; oversee cash handling and deliveries
• Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Take guest orders, and prepare and serve beverages with care
• Maintain daily inventory records and uphold kitchen hygiene standards
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to walk‑in guests

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time customer service experience
• Available for full-time employment only (40 hours per week); part‑time availability will not be considered
• Physically able to stay on your feet for extended periods, walk throughout the museum, and lift up to 15–20 lbs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong customer service orientation with warm, professional communication skills
• Active listening and clear verbal communication; able to explain exhibition content in an engaging way
• Proactive, adaptable team player with a collaborative mindset
• Able to handle emergencies calmly and follow operational guidelines
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Upselling skills and a service‑first attitude

Schedule

ARTE MUSEUM Las Vegas is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Team Members work 8-hour shifts on a rotating basis:

• Shift A: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift B: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift C: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Rotating shifts are required, and availability on weekends and holidays is a must.

Job Type: Full-time ONLY (part-time is not available)

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: $18.00 per hour (non‑exempt)
