• Strategic Leadership: contribute to planning for Lookout Mountain Park and Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave, including interpretive, financial and operational plans
• Community Engagement: build relationships with partners, elected officials, Tribal Nations, and non-profit groups
• Public Relations: oversee marketing and serve as museum spokesperson
• Programming, Events, Exhibits: guide educational programs and exhibits for diverse audiences
• Budgets & Grants: develop and oversee annual budget; pursue public and private funding
• Staff Management: recruit, supervise, and develop museum personnel
