Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling artifacts and moving large objects safely.
• Proven ability to plan and execute artifact transportation and logistics.
• Experience using specialized handling equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Support handling, packing, storage, shipping, and preservation of artifacts.
• Lead project teams of museum technicians and specialists on assignments.
• Coordinate with Curatorial Departments to maintain accurate records.
• Disassemble/assemble, crate, cradle artifacts and operate equipment as needed.
• Ensure safe movement and display of artifacts following standards.
