The Northwell Health Department of Radiology/Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra-Northwell is seeking a board-certified Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join our team in Suffolk County and Nassau County, NY.
The successful candidate will have an MD degree with American Board of Radiology Certification, and dedicated fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging. The position will require performing musculoskeletal ultrasound and procedures, as well as interpreting musculoskeletal MR, CT, and radiographs. Remote work is available 1-2 days per week, and weekend calls are taken remotely.
The musculoskeletal division consists of 16 fellowship-trained musculoskeletal radiologists providing services at multiple tertiary and community hospitals throughout the health system, along with ten outpatient imaging facilities from Manhattan to the east end of Long Island. The division actively trains 70 radiology residents across three residency programs and 2 musculoskeletal imaging fellows. It interprets over 50,000 MRI examinations annually, along with 18,000 CT exams, 3,000 diagnostic ultrasounds, and 3,000 image-guided procedures.
