Compensation Includes

• Tip potential (recommended tip $15.00)

Responsibilities Include

Providing exceptional care, completing treatments efficiently, maintaining accurate client notes, educating clients, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license
• At least 1 year of experience in busy spa/salon settings
• Proven sales performance (average $1,000/month)
• Passion for skincare and hospitality
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong understanding of salon standards and policies
• Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
• Established clientele is a plus
