Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking a Munitions Specialist to support USARCENT Staff Augmentation — G4 (Logistics) Directorate at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. This full-time, contract-contingent role focuses on munitions accountability and readiness for the command.

You will track inventories, coordinate requirements, and ensure safety and compliance across logistics staff while interfacing with Army Materiel Command. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in munitions management or related Army logistics functions.
• Working knowledge of Army munitions accountability systems and safety/compliance.
• Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must complete a favorable background investigation and obtain a DoD CAC within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• No travel required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Track and report munitions inventory, accountability, and readiness status across supported units.
• Coordinate munitions requirements, requisitions, and distribution planning with logistics and operations staff.
• Support munitions-related policy compliance, safety, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain munitions tracking systems and prepare status reports for command review.
• Coordinate with Army Materiel Command and other munitions proponents as required.
