Job summary

Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; NJ PE is required or pursued.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with team leadership ability.
- Experience with site development, public testimony before Land Use Boards a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead municipal engineering projects including road rehabilitation, stormwater management, subdivision and land development reviews, and utility design.
- Coordinate and manage capital improvement projects for public sector clients.
- Develop proposals, budgets, and cost estimates; monitor projects through full life cycle.
