Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in Florida (state and federal courts).
• 3–5 years of 1st/2nd chair trial experience, with motions and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Defend personal injury matters and file answers, motions, and summaries.
• Propound and respond to discovery; coordinate with City departments.
• Prepare for depositions and trial; assist risk management on litigation and cost.
