The attorney will provide day-to-day legal counsel, draft and review ordinances and interlocal agreements, and advise on land use, zoning, personnel matters, and regulatory compliance. • Experience in municipal law (4+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to cities and economic development corporations.
• Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and interlocal agreements.

• Counsel clients on personnel and employment-related issues.
• Assist with code enforcement and regulatory compliance.
• Handle Public Information Act requests and open government matters.
• Provide guidance related to Municipal Court operations.
• Collaborate with litigation teams on municipal-related issues as needed.

Our municipal practice spansa broad range of legal services, including general counsel representation, regulatory compliance, and specializedmunicipal projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our municipal law group. This position offers theopportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while advising public sector clients on a wide variety ofmatters.

Key Responsibilities
