Oregonite is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to lead engineering projects for municipal districts and clients across Texas. You will coordinate planning, design, permitting, and construction while serving as the primary liaison with districts, developers, and regulators.

The role blends technical engineering, project management, and team leadership to deliver water, wastewater and drainage infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• Experience coordinating municipal infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage planning, design, permitting, and construction of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary liaison for districts, utility operators, developers, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate multiple projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, costs estimates, and construction documents.
• Assist clients with capital improvement planning and long-term utility needs.
• Support district board meetings with project updates and recommendations.
• Coordinate permitting activities with TCEQ and local authorities.
• Review plats and development plans for compliance with standards.
• Provide construction phase support and respond to contractor inquiries.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor engineers and staff on project teams.
• Maintain relationships with district leaders, developers, and regulators.
