The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience and will join a team known for its regional Tier 1 municipal practice and sophisticated clients in New Jersey government matters. Qualifications

• Active NJ Bar admission required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional relationships with officials, attorneys and the public.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative in business development.

Responsabilités

• Represent local government entities, with emphasis on municipalities.
• Draft ordinances and resolutions.
• Attend meetings with government bodies, often in the evening.
• Provide guidance on Title 40/40A, local public contracts, OPRA and OPMA.
• Prepare memoranda and written discovery; assist in court appearances and hearings.
