Reporting to the City Administrator, the Finance Manager will supervise three staff, manage budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, utility billing, purchasing, and audits, and provide financial guidance to city leadership and elected officials to ensure accurate, transparent, and fiscally responsible public financial

Qualificações

• Experience in governmental accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Oregon municipal finance requirements and budgeting laws.
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate with city leadership.
• Background check and ability to obtain required City security clearance.
