Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Engineering Department.
• Lead and expand services for municipal, county, state, and public sector clients.
• Oversee project delivery, staffing, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, counties, and government stakeholders.
• Lead proposals, contracts, and presentations for public sector pursuits.
• Mentor staff and collaborate on growth strategies.
• Represent the firm at municipal meetings and industry conferences.
