Job summary

I & S Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Municipal Engineer in La Crosse, WI to support our dynamic Public Works team. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary projects focusing on water and wastewater systems while ensuring strong client communication.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a preference for a Professional Engineer (PE) license, with a minimum of 2 years experience in project management and direct client interaction.

• 2+ years of experience with direct client contact and project management.
• 5+ years working with technical teams in municipal engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and design needs.
