Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 0–3 years of residential and/or commercial site design.
• EIT certification required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Knowledge of planning and zoning processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and with a team.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Review subdivision plans and site plans submitted by developers for approval.
• Administer developer-sponsored projects in construction to verify compliance with approved plans.
• Design capital improvement projects.
• Evaluate public works issues in municipalities.
