Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and guidance.
Attend depositions and other legal proceedings.
Manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
