Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain it.
• Experience with wastewater treatment facilities and urban transportation design.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and implement the team's vision.
• Manage project lifecycle including scope and budget.
• Lead and mentor colleagues on transportation projects.
• Develop client and stakeholder relationships.
• Administer the JT Quality Assurance process.
