Job summary

The EADS Group, Inc. seeks a Municipal/Civil Engineer to join the Morgantown, WV office.

The role supports municipal engineering, site development and natural gas distribution system design, with responsibility for client and project management and delivery of design deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in municipal consulting, PE license in West Virginia (or ability to obtain), strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in municipal consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in West Virginia or ability to obtain.
• Experience with municipal wastewater, potable water, storm water, site development, paving, and natural gas distribution design.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with regulatory permitting, project funding, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal engineering projects and manage design deliverables.
• Develop design deliverables and participate on design teams.
• Manage clients and projects, proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and funding agencies.
• Utilize Civil 3D in design work.
