• Prepares engineering feasibility reports and cost estimates.
• Prepares preliminary and final plans for street, sewer, watermain, drainage projects and other public infrastructure.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Assists with funding and grant applications.
• Collaborates with departments to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Supervises technicians, surveyors, inspectors and part-timers.
• Verifies data used in computing contract payments.
