Job summary

Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental seeks Civil/Municipal engineers and recent graduates to support a variety of civil, municipal, land development and environmental projects in East Peoria, IL. You’ll work with clients and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and on budget.

This program includes the Blueprint early career leadership track, with hands‑on curriculum, professional development, and a capstone event.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil, municipal, land development and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
• Draft reports, assist with specifications and data collection for client projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
