Job summary

Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental is seeking a Staff Engineer to contribute to municipal and environmental projects from our Aurora, IL office. This role offers exposure to a wide range of challenges and a path to leadership through our Blueprint early career program.

You will collaborate with engineers, environmental scientists and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, while developing leadership skills and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies, and follow standard office procedures.
• Work with clients and firm project managers to deliver projects with the highest quality – on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with and learn from fellow staff engineers, project engineers, environmental scientists and project managers.
• Develop leadership skills that build autonomy.
