Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in building construction.
• ICBO or equivalent certificate required by end probation.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect footings, foundations, framing, insulation, and final inspections.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation.
• Review plans with engineers and architects for code compliance.
• Inspect signs, canopies, clocks, and awnings for licensing.
• Investigate zoning or building code complaints from the public.
• Coordinate with agencies and assist in prosecutions when needed.
