Multi-Unit Studio Sales Manager

Are you passionate, positive, and able to talk to anyone? Do you thrive on being a team leader? Does your zest for being part of a growing fitness company motivate you? Do you have excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on paper? Are you a NASM certified personal trainer with exceptional sales skills? If yes, this position might be for you.

This role manages all front-of-house operations for two Orangetheory Fitness Studios in Parker, Colorado (Parker and Pine Bluffs). Responsibilities include sales coaching, operations, onboarding, sales promotion, and managing a sales team of 10 full- and part-time staff. Certified personal trainers can also coach classes.

Compensation / Benefits / Perks
  • Base salary + Monthly Bonus + Commission + Coaching
  • Annual Base Salary: $52,500 to $62,500, based on experience
  • Monthly Bonuses and Commissions: $5,000 to $10,000 annually
  • Total with Bonuses: $57,500 to $72,500 annually
  • Additional coaching income: $8,000 to $12,000 per year for coaching 4-6 classes weekly
  • Total with coaching: $65,500 to $84,500
  • Paid time off: 10 days/year; Unpaid: 10 days/year

About the Position

Responsibilities include greeting members, managing staff, presenting the Orangetheory concept, answering inquiries, giving studio tours, guiding new members through workouts, selling memberships, following up with prospects, handling member concerns, community outreach, maintaining studio cleanliness, recruiting and coaching the sales team, implementing marketing strategies, and achieving sales goals.

Additional Details

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, participation in HIIT classes, management experience, and a passion for fitness and leadership. You should be personable, driven, task-oriented, and capable of motivating your team and engaging with members to foster a close-knit community.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, a passion for health and wellness, and management experience with sales quotas. Prior Orangetheory experience is preferred but not required; leadership and operational experience are valued.
