Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for the 3rd shift to perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical maintenance across a casino environment. Responsibilities include repairing equipment, installing electronic systems, and performing preventative checks to minimize downtime.

The role requires several years of related engineering experience, an AA degree in a related field, and supervisory experience is a plus. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Three years’ related engineering experience in a hotel/casino or equivalent setting.
• AA Degree in a related field; five years’ related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance across electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical tasks.
• Repair equipment and install/repair audio, CCTV, alarm, and control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fire alarms, surveillance, and related systems.
• Operate milling equipment, lathes, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Repair plumbing, boilers, and refrigeration equipment; maintain room décor and fixtures.
• Move around varied work areas including high ceilings, attics and boilers.
• Respond to maintenance requests with courteous, timely service.
