Responsibilities

• Electrical repair: lamp changes and fixture work
• Plumbing repair: pump and fixture installations, drain cleaning
• Maintain understanding of HVAC operation and maintenance procedures
• Basic mechanical repair on tractors, forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks and related equipment
• Repair building elements: painting, carpentry, floor repair and related tasks
• Perform energy conservation and waste management tasks at store level
• Complete preventative and reparative maintenance across multiple trades
