Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to support the construction, maintenance, and repair of our office trailers. The role combines carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance to ensure functional, safe units.

Responsibilities include remodeling, installing cabinets, flooring, wall systems, and fixtures; basic plumbing and electrical tasks; and operating forklifts or lifts if required to maintain the company's mobile fleet.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of commercial construction techniques including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Proficient in using construction tools and equipment.
Ability to train others and work in tight spaces.
Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

Demolish and remodel units as needed.
Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and metal.
Build frameworks and install cabinets, siding, drywall, and insulation.
Install interior wall panels, ceiling grids and tiles, doors, and ensure proper fit.
Install flooring and interior base, including epoxy floor systems.
Lay laminate and install insulation material.
Install and assemble office furnishings.
Perform basic plumbing tasks including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
Address minor electrical issues such as wiring and outlet installations.
Clean and prepare units; maintain work area daily.
Assist in reconfiguration and refurbishment of mobile office units; operate forklift or manlift if required.
Create and contribute to a safe work environment.
