Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in general maintenance and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, roof repair and basic electrical is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, or sanitary systems.
• Maintain establishment machinery as needed.
• Follow safety rules and regulations during all tasks.
• Respond to overtime or emergency work as required.
• Other duties as assigned by site supervisor.
