Crown Health Care Laundry Services, LLC. is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through soil and clean production areas, learning to operate equipment and meet safety and quality standards.

You will perform essential duties across soil sorting, washing, drying, ironing and loading carts for delivery to hospitals, with daily rotations based on production needs and skill development. The role requires physical stamina and teamwork; training lasts 2–5 days with successive two-week performance

Responsabilités

• Soil Operations: Open customer returned soil bags (bags weigh ~45 lbs), pre-sort classifications, 45 bags or 2000 lbs opened per hour.
• Soil Operations: Operators float between positions on the belt, sorting into bins as a team.
• Move empty carts to cleaning areas and reuse; maintain quality while sorting.
• Catcher: secure linen carts, stack and build carts per standards, remove items not Crown Health Care Laundry Services linen.
• Hand Folder: take items from washer/presser, hand fold, stack and place on carts or belt.
• Ironer: run linen through ironer, feed and monitor quality and safety.
• Shipping Clerk: prepare finished carts for shipment, weigh carts, record weights, load trucks.
