Job summary

Holon Health seeks an established independent consultant or consulting firm to drive multi-location site development across Colorado and potentially other states. The role involves defining site requirements, tours, due diligence, lease negotiations, and building out each location to meet brand and safety standards.

You will manage budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, and FF&E to ensure go-live readiness while working remotely with occasional site travel.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated capacity to run concurrent site-development projects across multiple states.
• Experience in commercial real estate development, site selection, lease negotiations, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple locations or projects from search through opening.
• Strong understanding of LOIs, lease terms, TI programs, budgets, schedules, and vendor mgmt.
• Ability to drive projects independently and elevate decisions at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Define location requirements and identify potential sites.
• Coordinate site tours and due diligence including zoning, access, and parking.
• Support lease negotiations and LOI process.
• Develop and manage buildout plans including design, permitting, construction, and vendor coordination.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and decisions to hit go-live dates.
• Coordinate FF&E procurement and installation to ensure operational locations.
• Ensure locations meet brand, clinical, operational, accessibility, and safety standards.
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance, landlord matters, and vendor management after opening.
