Minimum $37.73 Midpoint $49.05 Maximum $60.35Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Multispecialty Unit (MSU) RN Residency– Clinical Nurse - Resident, FT, Variable Shifts, Days/Nights
This is a comprehensive program that incorporates education, specialized training and the support needed to assist new grad nurses in transitioning into a successful pediatric nurse.
Reporting to the Manager of the RN Residency Program in collaboration with the unit leadership team, this position is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upon successful completion of the RN Residency program, the nurse transitions into the unit of hire and reports to the Nursing Manager.
