Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Multispecialty Sonographer at the Round Rock campus. This role performs a spectrum of ultrasound studies for diverse clinical needs, from abdominal to obstetric, with emphasis on accuracy and patient safety.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multispecialty ultrasound experience and relevant ARDMS/RDMS/RDCS credentials. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts and responsibilities in a dynamic imaging team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited sonography program.
• Minimum 2 years of multispecialty ultrasound experience.
• RDMS/RDCS certification credentials are preferred and listed in the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to advanced ultrasound procedures across abdominal, obstetric/gynecologic, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal and small parts.
• Identify abnormalities and extend examinations as needed while correlating results with other diagnostics.
• Assist physicians in procedures and operating rooms when required to support patient care.
• Prepare patients, obtain history and tailor imaging techniques to ensure high-quality studies.
