Job summary

You will provide patient-centered care across multiple hospital units and clinical settings, adapting to diverse populations while delivering comprehensive nursing services. You will perform assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain precise documentation, ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and care-planning skills.
• Medication administration competence and safety focus.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across varied units and patient needs.
• Proficient documentation and adherence to infection control practices.
