Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current New York State registration.
• BSN preferred; ADN considered with relevant experience.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card.
• BLS from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate standards of care with the health care team.
• Assess patient needs and apply nursing judgment in care decisions.
• Provide direct, continuous care for a defined caseload.
• Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and families.
• Communicate plan of care with patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement and nursing research activities.
