Responsibilities

- Assess patient needs and apply nursing judgment
- Provide direct patient care for a caseload
- Coordinate discharge planning from admission to transfer
- Communicate plan of care with patients and team
- Participate in quality improvement and research activities
- Maintain clinical competence and professional growth
