Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center maintenance roles include Battery Changer, Custodial, Licensed Electricians, and Maintenance Technicians providing repairs and proactive maintenance on facility equipment.

As a member of the Maintenance team, you will perform repairs and preventative maintenance, utilizing CMMS to track work history, parts usage, and warranties in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technician coursework or certification in electronic technology and 2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Or 3 years industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience with RETA-related certifications target within 30 months.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on distribution center equipment and building systems.
• Use CMMS to record work history, parts usage, and warranties in a timely manner.
• Read blueprints and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• Operate material handling and battery equipment; coordinate with operations and other technicians.
