Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Goshen, IN to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork to keep manufacturing lines running smoothly.

You will diagnose issues on welders, conveyors, hoists, and doors, perform planned preventive maintenance, and support operations with minimal supervision. Physical work, tool use, and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in machine operation and repair preferred.
• Welding competency and knowledge of welding systems preferred.
• Lift Truck Operators License preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Request support from other Maintenance Techs and Maintenance Managers, as needed; all maintenance positions support operations/production first.
• Safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand tools and basic power tools; welding or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Diagnose/resolve issues with production welders, torches, saws, and metal finishing equipment; sand blast, powder coat, oven, or conveyor systems experience preferred.
• Diagnose/maintain/install production hoists in a timely fashion.
• Diagnose/resolving issues with overhead roll doors throughout the facility.
• Operate fork trucks and aerial lifts safely; rigging experience preferred.
• Perform maintenance electrical tasks, troubleshoot circuits with multimeter or testing equipment.
