Team Industries, Inc. in Kaukauna, WI seeks an industrial maintenance/operator role to keep pipe fabrication shop equipment running. The job requires reading hydraulic and electrical schematics, safely operating power tools and cranes, and maintaining welding, cutting, blasting, and painting gear.

The candidate will perform routine maintenance, follow safety procedures, and assist with other shop tasks as needed. Relocation or travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Must read hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Ability to write routine reports and present to groups.
• Ability to calculate figures, decimals, area, volume and fractions.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsabilités

• Read hydraulic and electrical schematics and instructions.
• Service, operate, and maintain piping and cutting equipment.
• Service, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
• Service, operate, and maintain blast and metal surface prep equipment.
• Service, operate, and maintain overhead cranes and hoists.
• Service, operate, and maintain blast and paint operation equipment.
• Maintain small tools (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas, hand tools).
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow safety procedures.
• Discuss unsafe situations with supervisor.
