Dream Live Prosper Communities, a Dream Live Prosper subsidiary of DLP Capital, seeks a Maintenance Technician in Little Rock, AR. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting to keep apartment homes safe and functional.

You will handle resident requests, prepare units for turnover within five days, and contribute to safety and quality across service operations in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing repair with diagnosis and repair skills.
• Ability to complete apartment turnovers within five days.
• Proficiency in electrical work including wiring and fixtures.
• Solid drywall and plaster repair capability.
• Excellent painting and finish quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and address maintenance requests promptly.
• Identify and resolve hazardous property conditions for safety.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in within five days.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance repairs.
• Maintain grounds and on-call emergency response readiness.
• Manage inventory and maintain a well-stocked shop.
