Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years or more in maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to oversee a work crew and maintain building standards.
• Familiarity with building and fire codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and grounds safely and efficiently in line with Nevada OSHA standards.
• Plan and prioritize daily work orders and projects for efficiency.
• Monitor on-site contractors and facilities staff as directed.
• Respond to facility emergencies during and outside normal hours.
• Maintain and repair fixtures, doors, locks, and related hardware.
• Assist with proper maintenance and inspections of alarm systems and extinguishers.
